Marcus Harrington

Marcus Harrington

Managing Partner

Marcus co-founded DataInx Ventures following a decade in data infrastructure, including VP Engineering at two cloud data platform companies that both reached public markets. He has shipped data tooling used by over 1,000 enterprise engineering teams and led technical diligence on 30+ investments at a prior fund.

He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. Marcus focuses on data technology and AI infrastructure investments and sits on the boards of PipelineIQ, ContextLayer, and StreamFrame.

Priya Rajan

Priya Rajan

Priya spent twelve years in enterprise cybersecurity, serving as CISO at a Fortune 500 financial services firm and previously as a Principal Security Architect at a major cloud provider. She has led security programs protecting over $2 trillion in assets and built threat intelligence platforms that are now industry standards.

She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from MIT and is a Certified Information Security Manager. Priya leads all cybersecurity investments and serves on the boards of VaultSentinel, ThreatBridge, SupplyGuard, and DriftGuard.

Derek joined DataInx from a senior investment role at a technology growth equity firm where he led data infrastructure and applied AI investments. Prior to investing, he was a founding engineer at two machine learning platform companies, both acquired by major cloud providers.

He holds an M.Eng from Cornell and an MBA from The Wharton School. Derek leads MLOps and AI infrastructure investments and sits on the boards of ModelVault, InferEdge, and PromptWatch.
